Tarte Make Up First Impression’s

I have never tried Tarte make up before and I am very eager to. There has been a few products I am especially eager to try. So, thought I would buy a few products and try them out and share my opinion with you! I hope you enjoy reading!

fullsizeoutput_681Shape Tape Concealer:
The packaging for this product is a lot more chuckier than what I was expecting, although the product will last you longer. The colour range for this product is really good, there is a colour for everyone. I bought ‘Light Neutral’ and it matches my skin tone perfectly. The coverage is really good! It covers my redness and dark circles well without it being too drying or heavy on my skin. I would definitely recommend this product and it retails for £19.

Amazionian Clay Blush:
The packaging is plastic but it doesn’t feel cheap, it feels really good quality. Again the colour range is really good and I chose the colour ‘Exposed’. It’s a beautiful, natural colour for my skin. When you put your brush into the powder, you don’t get a lot of kick up off powder, which I like. It’s also pigmented but not too pigmented which you have to be really careful when applying. When you swatch it as well it feels like silk! Again I would definitely recommend this product and it retails for £23.

fullsizeoutput_67eLight’s Camera Lashes Mascara:
I absolutely love the packaging for this product and feels really good quality. The wand is a perfect size for me and the wand isn’t too flexible. When applying the first coat I get a lot of length. Then, when I applying a second coat I build up the volume as well as a little length. Normally mascara wands are a little too big and chunky for my lower lashes so I have to use a different mascara. However, this mascara wand is perfect. It coats all my lashes without getting mascara everywhere. I would definitely recommend this product and it retails for £19.

Colour Splash Hydrating Lipstick:
As soon as I applied this lipstick on my lips I fell in love with it. The formula is so moisturising and wearable. It doesn’t emphasis any dryness on my lips and I can easily where this lipstick all day. The packaging is a blue marble which I love and very good quality. There is a really good colour range, yet again. I bought the colour ‘Rum Punch’ and I think it is a perfect colour. It’s my lips but better with a little shimmer. I definitely want to buy more shades and would definitely recommend this lipstick. It also retails for £18.

And that’s my opinion on my products that I got from Tarte. I personally would definitely recommend Tarte as a brand from my experience and I am excited to try out more of their product’s.. Make Up Collection 2017

Hi guys! As I have recently moved and changed how I have stored my make-up. So I thought I would share with you my make-up and how I store it. I use the Alex 9 Draws from Ikea as they are perfect and I have all my beauty in here, not just my make up. I do also have a dressing table from ikea in the Malm range. The dressing table has just one long draw all the way along. Then, my chair is from amazon.

On top of my Alex 9 Draw’s I have my make up brushes, my jewellery holder’s and my scrapbook. A few of the make up brushes I love is my E.L.F. Small Tapered Brush, Zoeva Luxe Soft Crease Brush and my Real Technique’s Complexion Sponge (not really a brush but I still love it).

IMG_5716In the first draw I have all my primer’s, foundation’s, concealer’s, powder’s and any extra little bit’s. One of my favourite primers is the NYX Angel Veil Primer. For foundation’s I do have one foundation which I absolutely love and it is the Bourjois City Radiance Skin Perfecting Foundation. You can build up the coverage and it doesn’t feel like your wearing foundation at all. Concealer’s I love is my Naked Skin Concealer and Mac Pro Longwear Concealer. Onto powder’s one of my favourites would have to be the E.L.F. Under Eye Loose Powder (even though it does make a mess when using it). For my extra little bit’s I just keep some lip balm’s, Duo Eyelash Glue, tweezer’s, eyelash curlers and a compact mirror.

IMG_5717In the second draw I keep all my bronzer’s, blusher’s, highlighter’s and palette’s at the side. Some of my favourite bronzer’s are the Body Shop Honey Bronze in ’05’ and Benefit Hoola Bronzer. I do have quite a few favourite blusher’s they are my Sleek Blush in ‘Pomegranate’, NYX Blush in ‘Hamptons, and Too Faced Sweetheart Blush. My favourite highlighter’s are E.L.F Baked Highlight and Laura Gellar Highlight. I do love my palette’s a couple of my favourites are Naked 3 Palette and Zoeva En Taupe Palette.

IMG_5718In draw three I have all my brow product’s, mascara’s, singular eyeshadow’s, eyeshadow quad’s and eyeliner’s. My favourite brow product’s are my Soap and Glory 2in1 Brow Pencil and Brush, and Benefit Gimme Brow. I do love quite a few mascara’s and these are my Benefit They’re Real Mascara, Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara and Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara. For singular eyeshadow’s and eyeshadow quad’s my favourite’s are By Terry Ombre BlackStar in ‘Frozen Quartz’. I don’t really wear eyeliner that much as I’m not so keen on how it look’s on me but I do have a favourite which is Maybelline Master Precise Liquid Eyeliner.

IMG_5719In the fourth draw I keep all of my lip product’s. I do try and separate them slightly into different lip product’s (e.g. lipstick’s, lip crayon’s, lip liner’s). My favourite lip product’s are Rimmel London Lasting Finish by Kate Moss Lipsticks in ’01’ and ’30’, NYX Liquid Suede Cream Lipstick in ‘Sandstorm’ and YSL Rouge Volupte Lipstick.

IMG_5720In the fifth draw I have my lash and brow tint, wax and nose strip’s, and a black hair clip in the front of the draw. Then, I have my tanning, teeth whitening, clarasonic, coconut oil, and face masks.

IMG_5721In the sixth draw I have all my hair stuff. I have my hair grips, clips and bands in the first section in the draw. Behind that I have all my hair sample’s and that I have my hair dryer and straightener.

IMG_5722In the seventh draw I have all my nail varnishes, UV light and nail tools.

IMG_5723In the eighth draw I have just spare products that I haven’t opened yet.

Finally, in the ninth draw is empty just incase I need to store anything away. (e.g. bigger palette’s)

Onto my dressing table. On top I have my big mirror, a smaller reversible mirror, a candle, my favourite beauty product’s and my perfume’s.

In the draw that goes all the way along on the left side I keep more beauty things. E.g. new products, samples, make up wipes, hairbrush, cotton buds, cotton pads. Then on the right side I keep my notebook, chargers, pen, pencils, etc.

And that is how I store all my make up and beauty products. Also check out my Youtube channel hannahxoxoblog . I hope you enjoyed reading, and I hope to see you soon! Bye!
