November Favourite’s 2018

Time for another monthly favourites video. This month has a lot of favourites that I have received from my birthday. Also check out my youtube channel HannahxoxoBlog. I hope you enjoy!

IMG_3563fullsizeoutput_92eIMG_3644fullsizeoutput_92fIMG_3642IMG_3643

My 21st Birthday:                                                                                                                     This month I turned 21 and I had two weeks off work and I had such a good birthday and such a good time off. I went to Amsterdam, went out clubbing in Norwich and London, had afternoon tea with my best friend, plus a lot more. I have written a blog on what I got up too if you would like to know. But a highlight of November definitely has to be my birthday so of course I had to include it in this month’s favourite’s.

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion:                                                                                                        I have loved this stuff for a while now. But recently I’ve had a few more spots than usual. I have found this helps so much! I will pop this on at night just before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning the spot is half the size and isn’t so red and sore. If you haven’t tried this out I would definitely recommend you too!

Hollister Spray:                                                                                                                                         I received some hollister spray for my birthday and I have always loved hollister spray. I find it has a very distinct smell about it and whenever I wear it my friends always know exactly what I’m wearing. It’s always nice to be complimented on how you smell as well!

Pandora:                                                                                                                                           For my birthday I received a pandora ring and bracelet off my parents and I have fallen in love with them. I love pandora jewellery and I think it’s so pretty. I always wear it everyday and it’s a brand that I know is really good quality.

Vineyard Candles ‘Mojito’:                                                                                                              I recently went into my local garden centre and they sold these candles. I have never seen cocktail smelling candles before so I was very intrigued by them. I picked up the mojito candle as I love the smell of mojito’s. I have nearly burnt all of it already, it smells that good! I am definitely going back and getting some more.

Peaky Blinders on Netflix:                                                                                                            I have been binge watching Netflix recently and one show that I have watched is Peaky Blinders. I wasn’t so sure about it when I first started watching it but I continued to watch it as my friend was going on about how good it is. I soon fell in live with it and couldn’t stop watching it. It’s not a series that I would normally watch but I was so interested in it, especially since its set in the 1920’s. Again I would definitely recommend you to watch it.

Haunting of Hill House on Netflix:                                                                                    Another series I have been loving on Netflix is Haunting of Hill House. I love horror films and I knew this was like a horror series so I was very intrigued by it. It’s very interested but you need to concentrate when your watching it otherwise you will loose the story line. I would definitely recommend you watch it if you like horrors, otherwise if you don’t then I don’t think you will like this. The last episode did creep me out a little but apart from that I didn’t find it too scary.

October Favourite’s 2018

Time for another monthly favourites video. This months favourite’s are very autumnal and halloween oriantated. Also check out my youtube channel HannahxoxoBlog. I hope you enjoy!

IMG_3362fullsizeoutput_7f8IMG_3364IMG_3365IMG_3366

Pull & Bear Fluffy Cardigan:                                                                                                     As the weather has been getting colder I have been loving this fluffy cardigan from pull and bear. It’s so super cosy and warm and goes with pretty much every outfit. I first saw this when BusyBeeCarys shared it in a haul and I fell in love with it straight away. Obviously I would 100% recommend it as well!

New Look:                                                                                                                                        I have recently done an Autumn Haul featuring quite a few things from New Look. Since then I have gone back into New Look and bought a few more pieces. I love there current Autumn clothing and is totally on trend at the moment. If you haven’t checkered out there Autumn clothing I would definitely recommend too!

Gordon’s Pink Gin:                                                                                                                   This month I have been loving pink gin. Normally my go to drink is vodka and orange juice but this month I have been loving pink gin and lemonade. It’s quite a sweet drink and tastes like juice. It can be quite dangerous, I warn you now. As you just drink it like juice and you don’t realise how drunk your getting till it hits you. Obviously I would only recommend this to 18 years and above.

Scaresvillle:                                                                                                                                  As October is the month of Halloween I have been doing a few halloweeny things like Scaresville. If you haven’t heard of Scaresville before it’s where you walk through different rooms, going inside and outside while actors jump out on you. This would be the third year I’ve been to Scaresville and I really enjoy it. They do change it slightly every year as well. I think its such a great night and I would highly recommend to do it if you are close by.

Zombie Fest:                                                                                                                          Another halloweeny thing I have down in October is Zombie Fest. Again if you don’t know what Zombie Fest is it’s a music festival. I haven’t been before but I really enjoyed myself and would 100% go next year. It was such a laugh and I had a really good time with all my friends. It was definitely something different and a new experience but I absolutely loved it.

October GlossyBox 2018

This month’s Glossybox is ‘Treat Edition’ getting ready for Halloween. There are some product inside to help you achieve that perfect Halloween look. I love the design of this months box as well, it was very well designed. Especially with the beautiful burgundy colour. I hope you enjoy looking at what I received in my months glossy box. Also check out my YouTube channel hannahxoxoblog.

IMG_E3228IMG_3230IMG_3227IMG_3226IMG_3225IMG_3224IMG_3223Illamsqua Antimatter Lipstick in ‘Nebula’:

I have never tried an Illamsqua lipstick so I was excited when I saw this inside the box. The colour isn’t my go-to colour but it is a halloween edition box. The information card that comes inside the box says ‘The perfect clutch bag accomplice for your halloween party, this cruelty-free lipstick from the British beauty brand with an edge will suit every outfit. The cushioned finish glides effortlessly onto your lips for an on-trend semi-matte finish. We’re smitten with this girly, bright and beautiful shade of pink that suits all skin tones. It’s an incredibly flattering hue so your pearly whites shine brighter and whiter too’. This is a full size product and retails for £20

MUA MakeUp Academy Luxe Strobe & Glow Highlighting Kit in ‘Pink Luster’:

I love trying out new highlighters so yet again when I saw this inside this months box I was excited to try it out. I like how there is a powder and a cream to this product, I love the pinky shade to it as well. The information card says ‘Skin is forever in, but this season it’s all about luminescent radiance. Get your glow on with this vegan friendly and cruelty-free strobe and highlight kit that’s featured in videos by famous YouTuber NikkieTutorials. The 2 in1 compact, includes cream and powder highlighter so you can achieve an intense, iridescent look in a single swipe!’ This is a full size product and retails for £5

Luna By Luna Cosmetics Translucent Powder in – Loose:

I love trying out new translucent powders. I am always weary if they have a white flashback though, I do love using loose powders as well although they can be messy. I just find I don’t tend to travel with them a lot. The information card says ‘Hailing form New Jersey, this cruelty-free setting powder sets your makeup to keep your skin smooth for hours. We’re in love with the lightweight formula that soaks up excess oil while softening fine lines and hiding pores’. This is a full size product and retails for £17

This Works In Transit Camera Close-Up:

We have received this item in our glossy box before and I didn’t find I reached for it a lot. There’s nothing wrong with the product I just find I have other primers which I prefer over this one. The information card says ‘You’ll be ready for your close-up with this cruelty-free mask, moisturiser and primer in one. The powerful blend of repairing plant oils, Hyaluronic Acid, Argan and Starflower Oils plus a hit of Caffeine, result in a revitalising formula. This is a perfect way to rapidly erase the signs f fatigue, boost hydration and to prep your skin for photo perfect make up’. This is a deluxe mini size (20ml) which retails for £17, the full size (40ml) retails for £35

Sleek MakeUp Eyeshadow Palette in ‘Oh So Special’:

I have tried the brand Sleek before and I love their products. There eyeshadows are very pigmented and blend beautifully. However, again as this months box is halloween inspired they aren’t colours I would normally go for. None the less it is a very pretty palette. The information card says ‘Swap your summer shades for moodier, autumnal hues with this full-size cruelty-free palette. The 12 super pigmented, long-lasting, mineral bases shades cover all bases from smoky and sophisticated to daytime chic. We adore the combination of matte and pearlescent shades that’ll keep you nag on-trend and provide a whole host of possibilities for a sultry Halloween eye look’. This is a full size product and retails for £8.99

House Tour 2018

As you may know I have moved in June into a house with my boyfriend Casey. I have designed and decorated it just how I like it and I am so happy and proud of our home together. Therefore, I thought it was finally time to share it with you guy! I hope you enjoy looking at my home and to see a video of it check out my youtube channel HannahxoxoBlog.

September Favourite’s 2018

Time for another monthly favourites. This month I bought a few goodies and have gone on holiday, therefore I have got some of them in this months favourites. Also check out my youtube channel HannahxoxoBlog. I hope you enjoy!

IMG_3135IMG_3134IMG_3132IMG_3133IMG_3131

Mac Lipstick in ‘Velvet Teddy’:
I love mac lipsticks I have done for a while now. When I was in the airport travelling to Greece of course I did some duty free shopping. I picked up this lipstick and I have fallen in love with it. It’s such a perfect natural colour. Like a ‘my lips but better’ kind of colour. When this colour fades as well while I’m eating it doesn’t look weird either, unlike most other shades.

Benefit BADgal BANG Mascara:
I have heard a lot of good things about this mascara and I was very eager to try it out. So, I finally decided to buy it and I love it. It’s definitely a lengthening mascara. A lot of people say its hard to remove however, I don’t find it is. I really like this mascara, I will continue to use it and repurchase it. I 100% recommend it as well.

Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray:
Since I have been on holiday to Greece and been living my the pool I have been loving beach wavy hair. And this product helps me to achieve it all the time! I think I have mentioned this product in a favourite’s before. However, I can’t recommend this product enough.

Aloe Vera:
I have always loved aloe vera but recently I’ve been loving it even more. I have an aloe vera plant which I have started to grow. And I have been using an aloe vera lotion on my skin to help my tan last. It also helps with sun burn.

Pretty Little Thing Ripped Jeans:
I have been loving these jeans recently and been wearing them all the time. I normally find a pair of jeans quite hard to find that are comfortable and fit me. They are mom style jeans so they are very comfortable. They are a bit big around the waist but with a belt they fit perfectly. They go with so many different things and I do truly love them.

Travel Diary|Corfu 2018

I have been on a holiday to Corfu recently and thought I would do a travel diary for you guys, and share what we got up too in Corfu. I’ve wanted to go to Greece for a while now and I decided to go to Corfu as it is a cheaper part of Greece and still looks beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday in Corfu, Greece. It is such a beautiful country and I have fallen in love with the Greek culture. I love the Greek music and dancing. The resort was so lovely and I couldn’t say a bad word about it. The food was delicious and the workers throughout the holiday were fantastic. And of course I would 100% recommend the resort and Corfu as a whole. Also we staying in the Mareblue Beach Resort. Also check out my youtube channel HannahxoxoBlog for clips of what we got up too. I hope you enjoy!

IMG_2829IMG_2831IMG_2828IMG_2834IMG_2835Monday:
We got up nice and early and left for the airport at half 2. Once we checked in and went through security I did some shopping in duty free, of course. By this time it was 5 in the morning so we decided to get a small breakfast at the airport. Afterwards it was time to board the plane. The plane journey was three hours and as we got up so early I was very tired so I ended up sleeping the whole journey on the plane. Once we arrived in Corfu we got our luggage and got a bus transfer to the hotel. We managed to check into our room straight away and settle in. We then decided to go out and have a look around the hotel and do some sun bathing. When it was time for dinner we got ready, went downstairs for dinner and then had a couple of drinks at the bar.

Today was our first full day in Corfu so we wanted to relax. Once we woke up we got ready, had breakfast and chilled by the pool in the morning. We sunbathed and chilled in the pool which was so nice and relaxing. When it was time for lunch we had some food then headed out to do some exploring. We looked around some little souvenir shops and went to two separate beaches. We had booked a mini photo shoot in the early evening so it was then time to head back to the hotel have a shower and freshen up. We took lots of lovely pictures and had such a laugh while doing it. Again when it was time we went for dinner and had a few drinks at the bar before heading to bed.

Wednesday:
We booked a waterpark for the Wednesday so when we woke up we got ready, had breakfast before heading to the waterpark. It was such a laugh and I enjoyed every moment of it. We had lunch there and spent the whole day there before heading back to the hotel. By the time we got back it was time for dinner so we went to our room, had a shower, freshened up and went downstairs for dinner.

IMG_2900IMG_2911

IMG_2895Thursday:
After such a fun filled day yesterday we were so tired so we decided to have a pool day. Once we woke up it was too late for breakfast so we slowly got ready chilled by the pool for the morning and soon enough it was time for lunch. After lunch we headed back to the pool for some sun bathing and chilling in the pool. When it was about early evening/late afternoon we decided to head back to the room, have a shower and freshen up. It was quite early for dinner so we decided to have a walk along the beach before heading down for dinner. We also decided to have an early night as we had a busy day tomorrow.

IMG_2967IMG_2975IMG_2982IMG_2988IMG_2991IMG_2993IMG_2994IMG_2996IMG_2999IMG_3001IMG_3004IMG_3005IMG_3007IMG_3009IMG_3012IMG_3015IMG_3016IMG_3019IMG_3033IMG_3037IMG_3039IMG_3043Friday:
We had booked a boat trip for today and we were getting picked up at 7:15 so we had to get up very early and get ready to be picked up. We went to the Corfu harbour and our boat trip started then. We got a tour down the side of Corfu and then went to the Paxos island. We had a tour of the Paxos island and we went into a few of the blue caves. We then headed to the Antipaxos island for some swimming. We got to jump off the boat and swim in the beautiful turquoise sea. Once we were all back on the boat we went back to Paxos to have some lunch and have a look around the island. There were so many cute little shops and little lanes. Paxos is such a beautiful island and I would 100% recommend everyone to visit if you are nearby. Once it was time to go we got back onto the boat and headed back to Corfu harbour. On the journey back there was a little performance of some Greek dancers. It was such a laugh and all the guests got involved too. When we got back to the hotel it was quite late so we had a quick dinner, had a shower and went to bed.

IMG_2872Saturday:
Since the day before was such a fun, exciting day we decided to just chill by the pool today. Therefore, when we woke up we had breakfast and went to the pool. We did some sunbathing and chilled in the pool and when it was time for lunch we had something to eat and then headed back to the pool for the afternoon. When it started to get into the evening we decided to head back to the room have a shower and freshen up before heading to dinner. Once we had dinner we decided to go for a couple of drinks down at the bar. This night it was greek night at the resort. They had Greek dancers getting everyone involved and smashing plates. It was such a fun filled night with lots more memories.

IMG_2931IMG_2932IMG_2943IMG_2934IMG_2945IMG_2946IMG_3087Sunday:
Today was our last day so we just wanted a chill day. Once we woke up we slowly got ready and headed down to the pool. We missed breakfast as we had a lay in so we just thought we would have an early lunch instead. After we chilled in the pool and did some sunbathing we decided to go for lunch. The food in the resort was delicious throughout our stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. After lunch we went back to the pool to relax. Late afternoon/early evening we decided to have a last final walk along the beach and get some souvenirs for our family and friends at home. When the day was coming to a close we walked back to our room to get ready for this evening and start packing. Once we had finished packing we went for dinner and then had an early night.

We love the creamy formula and subtle colour too.’ This is a full size product and retails for £25. Which I personally think is quite over priced.

I have never heard of this brand or heard of a product similar to this. I am a bit unsure if you use it before you shampoo or instead of but I will find more about it. I am very interred by this product. The information card says ‘Scalp detoxing should be a regular part of your regime. What I Will Wear On The Plane:
I like to wear something comfortable and appropriate for the weather whenever I go on holiday on a plane. Therefore, I will be wearing a comfortable thin top which will be good so I’m not too hot when I get to Corfu. I will wear a light jacket as well incase I get cold in the airport or on the plane. Then, if I get hot when we arrive in Corfu then I can easily take it off. For my bottoms I will be wearing leggings as they are super comfortable and thin so I shouldn’t get too hot when we arrive there. Finally, I will be wearing trainers as they are comfortable to walk in and I can wear them while I’m in Corfu if we have to do a lot of walking some days.
