My 21st Birthday:                                                                                                                     This month I turned 21 and I had two weeks off work and I had such a good birthday and such a good time off. I went to Amsterdam, went out clubbing in Norwich and London, had afternoon tea with my best friend, plus a lot more. I have written a blog on what I got up too if you would like to know. But a highlight of November definitely has to be my birthday so of course I had to include it in this month’s favourite’s.

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion:                                                                                                        I have loved this stuff for a while now. But recently I’ve had a few more spots than usual. I have found this helps so much! I will pop this on at night just before I go to bed and when I wake up in the morning the spot is half the size and isn’t so red and sore. If you haven’t tried this out I would definitely recommend you too!

Hollister Spray:                                                                                                                                         I received some hollister spray for my birthday and I have always loved hollister spray. I find it has a very distinct smell about it and whenever I wear it my friends always know exactly what I’m wearing. It’s always nice to be complimented on how you smell as well!

Pandora:                                                                                                                                           For my birthday I received a pandora ring and bracelet off my parents and I have fallen in love with them. I love pandora jewellery and I think it’s so pretty. I always wear it everyday and it’s a brand that I know is really good quality.

Vineyard Candles ‘Mojito’:                                                                                                              I recently went into my local garden centre and they sold these candles. I have never seen cocktail smelling candles before so I was very intrigued by them. I picked up the mojito candle as I love the smell of mojito’s. I have nearly burnt all of it already, it smells that good! I am definitely going back and getting some more.

Peaky Blinders on Netflix:                                                                                                            I have been binge watching Netflix recently and one show that I have watched is Peaky Blinders. I wasn’t so sure about it when I first started watching it but I continued to watch it as my friend was going on about how good it is. I soon fell in live with it and couldn’t stop watching it. It’s not a series that I would normally watch but I was so interested in it, especially since its set in the 1920’s. Again I would definitely recommend you to watch it.

Haunting of Hill House on Netflix:                                                                                    Another series I have been loving on Netflix is Haunting of Hill House. I love horror films and I knew this was like a horror series so I was very intrigued by it. It’s very interested but you need to concentrate when your watching it otherwise you will loose the story line. I would definitely recommend you watch it if you like horrors, otherwise if you don’t then I don’t think you will like this. The last episode did creep me out a little but apart from that I didn’t find it too scary.

My 21st Birthday Week

I have recently turned 21 and for my birthday I had two weeks off work. Within them two weeks I had a lot planned and of course I thought I would share with you what I got up too. My birthday weeks started on Saturday 3rd November and went to the Friday 16th November. My birthday was on the 13th November as well. IMG_3375IMG_3383IMG_E3384fullsizeoutput_807Saturday 3rd November:                                                                                                               I started off my two weeks off by going out in Norwich clubbing with my brother, sister-in-law and one of my best friends Harry. During the day it was quite chilled, I went to Elveden and had lunch with my mum and dad. Then got ready in the evening and heading out to Norwich. I love having a night out in Norwich its always such a good night. There was many drinks and shots that night.

Sunday 4th November:                                                                                                             The next day I was feeling a bit worse for wear and I was going to Amsterdam tomorrow. Therefore, I tried to sleep as much as I could as we had an early flight. I did manage to pack my suitcase ready for my trip, have a shower and get ready for tomorrow.

IMG_3394IMG_3396IMG_3410IMG_3413IMG_3451Monday 5th November:                                                                                                       Today was the day we were going to Amsterdam. We had to leave at 3 in the morning to go to the airport. We had breakfast at the airport, the flight was so lovely and quick. We managed to land in Amsterdam by 10 o’clock. We had a little look around and had a picture by the I AMsterdam. Amsterdam is such a beautiful city which is so chilled and relaxed. After we had a little look around we checked into our hotel and had a quick nap before heading back out. In the evening we decided to have a couple of drinks. We went to a steak house for dinner and spent the evening in a cute little coffee shop. Before we headed back to the hotel we decided to all getting a tattoo each as well.

IMG_3420IMG_3437IMG_3431fullsizeoutput_802fullsizeoutput_805fullsizeoutput_7fefullsizeoutput_7fdfullsizeoutput_7ffTuesday 6th November:                                                                                                           We planned to have a tourist day and do all the tourist things. Once we got up had breakfast we headed out to the Amsterdam swing. That was really amazing and quite scary. We had a drink up there and then headed to the sex museum. That was very interesting and very different. Then it was time for lunch so we went into a cute little Crepes and Waffles place for food. They were so amazing and tasted delicious! In the afternoon we decided to spend it in our new favourite coffee shop. Once the evening was among us we decided to head back to the hotel and get ready for the evening. We decided to go out clubbing so we started off in a few bars before heading to the clubs. They are very different from England clubs and very different music. Finally we had food and headed back to the hotel for our beds.

IMG_3433fullsizeoutput_801fullsizeoutput_7fcIMG_3449IMG_3450Wednesday 7th November:                                                                                                     Our heads were a bit sore when we woke up so we had a lay in and slowly got ready for the day. We had a little look around, had some lunch before going to Anne Frank’s House. That was very interesting and I would highly recommend to visit if your in Amsterdam. Once we finished there we done some shopping and looked around all the cute souvenir shops. Then it was time for dinner so we had some food and sat in our favourite coffee shop before the day came to an end.

IMG_3429IMG_3453Thursday 8th November:                                                                                                     Today we were heading home so when we woke up we got ready and packed our suitcases before checking out of the hotel. Our flight wasn’t until later so we did have another little look around Amsterdam, and had lunch in the cute Crepes and Waffles place again. Just before we went home we did go to our favourite little coffee shop one last time before heading home. When we got home it was quite late so I did end up going straight to bed as I was so tired from our adventure in Amsterdam.

Weekend Away At The Beach

This summer my family wanted a family holiday so we decided to have a long weekend away at Camber Sands in a caravan. And of course I thought I would share with you what we get up too. Also check out my youtube channel HannahxoxoBlog. I hope you enjoy!

IMG_2590IMG_2589IMG_2581IMG_2579fullsizeoutput_7dcIMG_2596IMG_2598IMG_2600IMG_2608

Friday:
Friday morning we got up nice and early and headed to Camber Sands so we can have a full day there. Once we got there we couldn’t check into caravan until 4 so we had a look around the next town which was Rye. It was a very beautiful and a cute little town. After we had a little explore we went and done some food shopping for the weekend. At this time it still wasn’t time to check into the caravan so we had a little walk and sun bathe on the beach. When it got to 4 o’clock we checked into our caravan, unpacked and settled in. A while after we decided to go out for dinner so we all got dressed and ready and we headed out.

Saturday:
Saturday morning we had breakfast and got ready for the day ahead. We decided to have a beach day but just before we had a water fight. We got to the beach early lunch time and did some sunbathing. We then had a picnic on the beach for lunch and stayed on the beach in the afternoon. Once it started to cool off a bit we headed back to the caravan, had a shower and got ready for the evening to go out for a nice meal.

Sunday:
Sunday morning I decided to have a bit of a lay in as I was very tired from the days before. Once we got up we had breakfast and explored around the caravan park. We played on the arcades and had a game of mini golf. We then had a quick lunch before headed to the beach again. It was so nice having a swim in the sea as it was warm (and not cold for once). Again when it started to cool off we headed back to the caravan. I then decided to have a shower and relax while the boys went to watch the Chelsea game. For our final night away we decided to have a walk along the beach and get a takeaway. My mum, brother and sister-in-law got an Indian and myself, Casey and my dad got fish and chips (both the takeaways were next to each other so we all sat together outside on a bench and ate our dinner).

Monday:
Today was my brothers birthday so when we woke up we gave him all of his presents and cards. We had to be out of the caravan by 10 so we packed up all of our things and packed up the cars. Before we headed off we had breakfast and went on the arcades one last time. For my brothers birthday they planned to do go karting. The place was only 15 minutes away so we went there and my brother, sister-in-law and Casey all went go karting and they all thoroughly enjoyed it. Me and my mum then wanted to go shopping as it was my mums birthday the next day (Tuesday). We deiced to drive to Bluewater shopping centre, London as it was on the way home and it was a perfect time to have lunch. Of course me and Casey bought a few bits for ourselfs and my dog, Alfie. We arrived at home late afternoon, early evening and we all went home and just unpacked everything. It was so nice to get away for a bit and to unwind.

Birthday Break 2017

As it was mine and Casey’s birthday recently we decided to spend a long weekend in Paris. Neither us has been to France before so we thought it would be the perfect time to go. Therefore, I booked a hotel in Paris and we decided to drive there as we thought it would be easier. Since we had each other’s presents to bring as well. And we both have never been on a ferry before either. So, I will let you carry on looking at what we got up to in Paris. Also check out my youtube channel hannahxoxoblog. I hope you enjoy!

Day One (Friday 10th November):
Today is the day we are going to Paris! We got up nice and early and headed into London to get the Eurostar from St Pancras. When we got to Paris we deiced to walk to the hotel as it was only down the road, and we could have a little look around Paris while we were walking. By the time we checked into the hotel we were so tired from travelling so we decided to have a little nap. After our nap we didn’t want to go too far from the hotel as it was getting late. Therefore, we had a little walk around and explored. We did also have some dinner as well while we were out. By the time we knew it, it was late so we thought we would head back to the hotel and have an early night since we had a long day of travelling.

Day Two (Saturday 11th November):
Casey’s 21st birthday! As soon as we got up Casey opened his presents that I had bought for him. When he was having a shower I deiced to decorate the hotel room for his birthday (I couldn’t go too over the top and it would all fit into my suitcase). When we were ready for the day we headed out into Paris. We first decided to go get some breakfast. After that we headed to the Effiel Tower. It is soo much bigger than what I anticipated. I did want to do some Christmas shopping while I was in Paris so we headed to Carrousel du Louvre to do some shopping. I couldn’t find a lot of presents I had in mind so we headed out into the streets to do some more shopping. We did get a some lunch while we were at it as well. Again, I couldn’t find any presents that I had in mind. I did end up buying some things for myself though. By the time 4 o’clock rolled around we were both very tired. Therefore, again we decided to head back to the hotel for a nap. After our nap we were getting hungry so headed out for some dinner. Then, we headed back to the hotel for the night

Day Three (Sunday 12th November):
This morning we were determined to do some Christmas shopping. So once we had our breakfast we went out to Galeries Lafayette (a department store). The Christmas shopping was very successful. I did also pop into lush and I picked up a few Christmas bath bombs and bubble bars. I did do most of my Christmas shopping which I was very happy with. Once we finished we headed back to the hotel to drop our shopping bags off. We then went out again to the Arc de Triomphe, Notre Dame and then we saw the Eiffel Tower at night with all the lights lit up. It was then time for dinner so we had a lovely dinner near the Eiffel Tower and headed back to the hotel for the night.

Day Four (Monday 13th November):
Today was my birthday so when I woke up I opened my presents from Casey. Then, got ready and headed out to Disneyland. I absolutely loved Disneyland. It was like my inner child was coming out (haha). I would of absolutely loved to go there when I was a little kid. Just as we were walking into the park a parade was just about to start so we waited and watching that. And of course I had to pick up a few goodies from the gift shop before we left to go back to the hotel. Once we got back to the hotel I had a shower and started to pack up my suitcase ready for tomorrow morning.

Day Five (Tuesday 14th November):
Once we got up, we finished packing our bags and got ready to go home. After we checked out of the hotel we decided to walk back to the catch the Eurostar. When we got checked in and went through security we decided to get some food while we waited. Once we got back into England we got the tube back to Epping where we were getting picked up by my mum to take us home. On the way home we were all quite hungry so we decided to stop off at a services to get some food. Finally, we got home safe. I hope you enjoyed reading mine and Casey’s adventures in Paris!

Looking Through My Memory Box

Hi guys, I thought I would do a slightly different blog today and show you what I have in my memory box. I have had this box for as long as I can remember and anything I have found special or a great memory I have put it in this box.

Childhood:
I have collected a few things from my childhood which include; a door sign that says ‘Hannah’ on it which I have had since I was a little girl, a freddo frog toy (I loved freddo frog when I was younger), a Gameboy me and my brother used to always play with, and a few other bits and bobs. I love collecting things like this from my childhood as its nice to look back on them.

School:
I quite liked school so I have kept my leavers shirt that all my friends wrote on and signed. We also did a photo of everyone in the year which I have kept. This was my final year in school when I was doing my GCSE’s. I have also kept a school photo of me in year 9 (13 years) and year 11 (16 years) and a pillow I made in school when I was 12 years.

Memories:
I have a photos taken of me and my brother on different rides at different theme parks, jewellery I have received from my family members/loved ones, a Chelsea scarf that I got when I went to one of their football games, a picture of me driving an Audi R8 (my dream car) and a BMW i8 and my sash when I was a bridesmaid for my brother’s wedding, These are all things which I could never throw out as they hold some great memories to me.

Birthday Cards:
I like to keep some of my birthday cards because I think it’s a great milestone thing to keep. I have my 13th, 16th and 18th birthday cards from my family and friends.

fullsizeoutput_409

Alfie:
I do have a box full of Alfie’s things that I can’t bring myself to throw away (as he was my first dog). In this box there is Alfie’s first lead, some pictures of Alfie when he was a puppy and his vet booklet that said he has had all his vaccinations.

And that is nearly everything I have in my memory box. I would love to know if you guys have a memory box and what you guys keep. I also did a video on Youtube if you would like to check it out at Hannah Oliver! I hope you enjoyed reading, and I hope to see you soon! Bye!

Birthday Break

For mine and Casey’s birthday we decided to have a weekend away in London since Casey has never been to London before. We left on the Thursday morning and came back on the Sunday. Once we got to London we checked into the hotel. After we settled down into the hotel we had a little walk around London. We first decided to got to Covent Garden. I did end up going into Mac and Urban Decay and buying a few bits. Afterwards we went to Leicester Square. We did go into M&M World as Casey has never been in there before and got some M&M’s (obviously). Then, we made our way to Trafalgar Square, had a little walk around and took some picture’s. We did walk to Buckingham Palace and have a little look, and then to Harrods. It looked so pretty with all the lights on outside. Casey did buy a Harrod’s bear for me as well. Finally we made our way back to the hotel, got ready and went to dinner.

On Friday we got up and had breakfast. As it was Casey’s birthday on the Friday he opened his presents that I got him. Once we were ready we went out to Madame Tussade’s. I was so surprised by how many wax figures of celebrities they were. And how realistic they looked. I did have to take my picture with a few. There was also Zoella and Alfie which I had to get a picture with. After we left Madame Tussade’s we went to the London Eye. I was very excited to go on the London Eye as I have never been on there before. I was surprised by how slowly it goes but the view was amazing, especially when you got to the top. We headed back to the hotel to put some more layers on before we went to Oxford Street. I did go into Urban Outfitter’s, Forever 21, Zara, and a few other’s. I may possibly do a haul of all the things I bought in London. When we were starting to feel hungry we went to get dinner and headed back to the hotel.

On Saturday when we were all ready we headed out to the London Dungeons. I have always wanted to got to the London Dungeons. The experience as a whole was not as scary as I thought it would be, but I did enjoy it and would definitely recommend it. Once we finished at the London Dungeons we decided to go to the Sea Life Centre. I throughly enjoyed it. The sharks were a lot bigger than I expected, there was a crocodile and penguins (again didn’t realise they would be there so very excited). Afterwards we headed back to hotel put a few more layers on and then had a little walk around the hotel and got dinner.

On the Sunday was my birthday so when I got up and ready I opened my presents from Casey. We did decide to go straight home when we checked out of the hotel as we didn’t want to carry all our bags around with us. I throughly enjoyed our weekend in London and will defiantly do it again.
