This month’s Glossybox is putting the ‘p’ in prep and perfect. Starting by prepping your skin before foundation to making you hair looking perfect.
oOluton Eye love:
I am currently looking for a new eye cream and always willing to try new ones out. Therefore, was excited to see one in this month’s Glossybox. I have tried a little on the back of my hand and it feels nice and thin, which I like and moisturising. I can’t wait to try this out on my under eye’s. The information card say’s ‘The 100% natural formula is hydrating and rich in antioxidants, helping to diminish dark circles, and reduce puffiness, whether you use it at the end of a long day or the morning after’. This is a full size product and retails for £30. Which I personally think is quite expensive considering the size of it.
Sleek Eye & Cheek Palette:
I have used Sleek products before and I love the brand (as well as the packaging). I have an eyeshadow palette of theirs and a face powder palette and I really love both of them so I am exciting to try this out. The card say’s ‘Each one of Sleek’s slim-line palettes is so thoughtfully put together, it might just put your makeup bag out of action. With four eye shades and two cheek colours, this ticks all the essentials and you’ll use EVERYTHING’. This is again a pull size product and retails for £10.
This Works In Transit Camera Close-Up:
I have used this brand before and I really like it. This product says it’s a ‘mask, moisturiser and primer in one’, which I am very excited to try it out and see how it is. The information card say’s ‘This primer balances, plumps and brightens skin, leaving it photo-perfect – which is probably why Victoria Beckham reportedly loves it so much. We like to layer it over our usual moisturiser or face oil to boost hydration and leave skin prepped, primed and ready for make up’. This product retails for £30. I am really excited to try this out and especially since Victoria Beckham really likes it
Figs & Rouge Hydra-Activ Smart Nutrient Vital Moisture Day Cream:
I haven’t heard of this brand before so I’m eager to try it out and I love trying out new moisturiser’s. The information card say’s ‘This moisturiser is all you need for lightweight but instant and long-lasting hydration. Apply evenly to the face and neck daily after cleansing to allow the hyaluronic acid and trio of vitamins A, C and E to get to work’. This product retails for £28. I will definitely try this product out and see if its as good as it claims to be.
GOT2B Styling PRIMER:
I have tried out and couple of products from this brand before but nothing like this. The packaging is very weird I have to say. But on the bottle it says ‘grip & lasting control, easier styling, soft touch’ which I am very intrigued by. I can’t wait to try this product out. the card say’s ‘By priming you hair, styling it becomes ten times easier. This primer gives hair grip and pliability, as well as lasting control. Work it into damp or dry hair and then style for perfectly controlled and shiny locks’. This product is full size and retails for £4.18, which I think is very reasonably priced.
And that was everything I received in my Glossybox this month. I hope you enjoyed reading and I will hopefully see you soon! Bye!
